Marketing Manager We're looking for a dynamic individual passionate about solving customer problems. We have an outstanding opportunity for a passionate individual to assume the role of Marketing Manager supporting the Motor Management products located in Nashville, TN (alternate location:

Raleigh, NC). We are looking for an extremely entrepreneurial Marketing Manager who values moving quickly and can help innovate and coherently drive product marketing initiatives. This role is the glue that combines our product strategy with the activities we need to drive success in sales and marketing and deliver against targeted revenue, profit, and market share growth. In this role, a successful candidate will: · Display strong leadership, organizational, and execution skills.

Be the primary driver for identifying significant opportunities and driving product vision, strategies, and roadmaps in the context of channel growth and launch efforts. · Animate the channel to grow motor control products and support motor control products in channel-led programs. Collaborate with the North American country operations Channel teams to drive channel growth for all Motor Management offers. · Develop and execute the extended team segment strategy for all Motor Management offers. Monitor and analyze business metrics to direct required change that sustains business health. · Develop a product marketing strategy centered on data and market analysis.

Drive launch efforts for new offers and adaptations through country operations teams. · Monitor and analyze trends from the industry, competitors, and governing bodies. · Animate sales and channel teams for motor control products by presenting value propositions and training on products, competitive advantages, added value, etc. · Direct and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization on offer objectives and priorities · Collaborate closely with peers globally (French/Mandarin speaking is a plus) · Communicate to and interact with leaders in Schneider Electric and at a variety of customers Qualifications · 4-year college degree with a focus on Marketing, Engineering, Finance, or a similar program · MBA is a plus · Experience 5+ years with exposure to Product Marketing/Business Development · Strong business acumen Preferred Skill set: · Channel Experience including Contractors, Panel Builders, Systems Integrators, eCommerce · Knowledge of low-voltage products and industrial communication · Understanding of IEC/UL and NEMA motor control market within North America (Canada, US, and Mexico) region · Strong verbal and written communication skills · High degree of initiative and proactive project management · Ability to work well in and lead cross-functional teams · Ability to handle multiple projects at once · Well-organized and detail-oriented · Open to change and must embrace continuous improvement · Ability to analyze marketing activities and competitive environment · Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Let us learn about you!
