In this role you'll create, maintain, and troubleshoot digital printing forms tailored to client needs, ensuring flawless execution from start to finish. Dive deep into designing and testing custom applications, debugging customer data issues, and configuring advanced image data extraction software.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: All areas of responsibility listed below are essential to the satisfactory performance of this position, with reasonable accommodation, if necessary. Any non-essential functions are assumed to be included in "other related duties as assigned": Create, maintain, and troubleshoot software designed forms used for digital printing according to client specifications.

Design, test, implement and maintain custom pre-process data stabilization applications. Debug customer data issues. Configure and utilize image data extraction software as required for print jobs.

Create job-specific reports for customers and clients as needed. Develop and maintain expertise with design software. Create and maintain procedure manuals and documentation.

Understanding and programming for workflow processes in gathering appropriate data and information. Process and Create Mail Merges for Incoming Print Requests. Interface as needed with Loffler program support.

Oversee Client Network Applications. Print Queue Quality Control. Responsible for understanding, staying updated on, and abiding by the Employee Handbook as written.

Other related duties as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements: Report to customer site full time.

Familiar with electronic document composition design and coding using variable print design software. PlanetPress software suite preferred. Proficient in manipulation of structured and semi-structured data using code.

Strong Microsoft.Net programming skills, Visual Basic preferred. Demonstrated capabilities in writing structured, object-oriented code. Organized, detail oriented, able to work well in small team environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient with MS-Office, particularly MS-Excel and MS-Access. Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.

Background in production environment preferred, with ability to project manage. Desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and successfully self-manage to quality and timely results. Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Works well under pressure and achieve deadlines. Ability to work with detailed information accurately. Ability to communicate both written and orally.

Valid Driver's license and clean driving record may be required. Communications Skills

    Minimum Associates Degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent preferred. 1-3 years' prior industry experience in similar field or job duties preferred. Supervisory Responsibilities: May be called upon to train and develop skill sets to step into a supervisor or lead role.
