This role will be based in New York, San Francisco, Sunnyvale, or Chicago.

Role Description:
We are seeking an Enablement Lead to partner with the GTM Enablement (GTME) team and our XFN partners on the program management for our content and knowledge system. This system plays a pivotal role in educating the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) field team, and we are looking for a strategic leader to spearhead this transformative initiative. This person will be responsible for:
Content Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with broader LMS business objectives
Collaborate internally across GTME and XFN partners to identify content needs and ensure the creation of high-quality, relevant, and engaging content
Curate existing content and ensure it remains current and aligned with LMS' organizational goals
Knowledge Management:
Oversee the development and maintenance of a centralized knowledge repository
Implement knowledge management systems and tools to enhance accessibility and retrieval of information
Collaborate with subject matter experts to capture and document critical knowledge
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with various SMEs across LMS to understand their content and knowledge needs
Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing across GTME
Communication and Reporting:
Provide regular status updates to management and cross-team stakeholders on effective content creation and knowledge sharing
Offer ongoing support to teams to ensure the successful implementation of content and knowledge management processes
Performance Measurement:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of content and knowledge management OKR goals
Analyze data and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $89,000 to $145,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
