We're looking to work with you. Our dynamic Quality and Training Team is currently in search of an LMS Administrator. This position will report directly to our Director of Training Excellence.


  • Maintains Learning Management System (LMS) including troubleshooting and fixing user issues

  • Develops and documents processes or policies as needed to establish consistent use of the system

  • Provides learning management system support to leadership

  • Trains Managers/Supervisors on basic use of the system's self-serve functionalities such as reporting, development and delegation of competency assessments and the creation of electronic technical checklists

  • Develops reports and queries that are concise, intuitive, and actionable for organizational users.

  • Manages the input of non-employee records to maintain the business automation rules of lessons assigned

  • Communicates with LMS vendor to ensure system accessibility and technical standards

  • Tests all changes to the LMS, posts and test e-Learning modules, ensures accurate audience assignment and assessment scoring

  • Identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves problems with course design, LMS configuration and infrastructure

  • Oversees vendor management for online learning content (manage the relationship, deliverables, report out to management and human resources)

  • Oversees the installation of all system updates, upgrades, integrated tools, and other software integrated within the learning management system Compiles and communicates performance metrics for online and classroom training courses in order to measure training effectiveness.

  • Makes recommendations on future improvements to content management, workflow processes, and user experience

Responsibilities * Organizes and coordinates schedules by arranging appointments, maintaining calendars, arranging meetings, conference calls, presentations and correspondence. * Anticipates travel needs, and independently coordinates complex travel arrangements. * Assists with projects and assumes project-management responsibility where appropriate. * Prepares presentation materials and spreadsheets to produce high quality reports, presentations and other documents. * Provides appropriate back-up materials for review in advance of meetings. * Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies. * Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts. * Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations. * Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party. * Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research. * Greet and assist visitors. * Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. * Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience. * Provides back-up support for Receptionist and other Administrative Assistants as needed. Qualifications * 5 or more years of administrative experience at the executive level; two-year degree from business/vocational school desired. * Ability to take initiative and proactively keep senior executive apprised of situations that require immediate attention. * Demonstrated ability to use standard computer software (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook). * Ability to write business correspondence clearly and concisely, using correct grammar, vocabulary, punctuation and spelling. * Be a self-starter who demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and provides superior customer service. * Ability to generate creative solutions to complex challenges, problem solves and leads multiple projects under tight deadlines. * Ability to work and network effectively with all levels of management, staff, outside clients and vendors. * Ability to effectively multi task, prioritize and manage complex assignments. * Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive materials. * Excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail.
