The Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator is responsible for the design, development, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of content, assets, and other resources used for instructional functions. The primary system administrator for the LMS including all system updates and upgrades, as well as tools and software integrated with the LMS. Additionally, provides administrative support and accountability for the LMS including daily administration, reporting, employee inquiries/education on the LMS, and consult with internal customers serving as the subject matter expert for the Learning Management System (LMS) and continuing operations of the system to serve the learning needs of the organization.


  • Drive strategy and process for curriculum management prioritization, design, Works on assignments dealing with the routine and daily operation, use, and configuration of the LMS.

  • Manages community areas within the LMS including functionality, appearance/user interface, tabs, and settings.

  • Continuous user & implementation support, creates user profile/logins, assign user permissions, and manages user structures including the creation of user groups.

  • Creates and maintain resources (technical procedures and policy documentation) to train and support learners on the LMS functionality, how to login and navigation, how to access course offering, run and review training report/dashboard to manage individual and team development.

  • Collaborates with the business and HR Business Partner on training needs and opportunities for the expansion of talent development within the organization.

  • Creates and manages the overall course structure and sets up course programs based on specifications from the instructional designer.

  • Manage and upload course offerings, setup learning paths, and manage learning certifications.

  • Works with department leaders to identify and refresh the course asset library.

  • Manages tracking of course revisions and history.

  • Publishes and archives online or blended learning solutions, assigns training curricula, and adds and deletes resources.

  • Builds online assessments, surveys and evaluations in LMS for courses.

  • Manages course enrollment including progress tracking.

  • Develops and updates standardized tools and reporting for ongoing access to learning information; generates standard and custom reports.

Job Summary: The Pricing & Profitability Administrator is the subject matter expert on all things related to pricing for ADT's consumer sales organization. Responsibilities include ownership of the master pricing catalog, promotional guides, pricing approval process and control, and pricing policies and documents. Additionally, this role partners with cross-functional teams on the development, implementation, and lifecycle management of sales promotions and campaigns. The Pricing Administrator will be a strategic core team member for many company-wide initiatives impacting sales, marketing, pricing and profitability. Key Responsibilities: * Provide support to the Pricing and Marketing teams on the development and implementation of promotions/offers, including performance tracking, auditing, and lifecycle management. * Ownership and maintenance of the master product/service pricing catalog for all consumer sales channels (Resi, SMB, eCommerce, Health, Cyber, Go). * Conduct audits of promotional usage in the live sales environment and produce price/discount exception reports. * Maintain the official Offer Guides used as a resource for the Consumer Sales Organization. * End to end responsibility over the Price Change approval process and controls including ownership and maintenance of the Price Change Request Form (PCRF). * Coordinate with Marketing, Product Management, and IT teams and assist with research and documentation of changes to products/services, pricing, and promotions. * Support the Sales Communications and Training teams on the accurate and timely communication of changes to pricing, promotions, system enhancements, and products/services. * Partner with the Consumer Insights team on market and competitive research, analytics, and documentation. * Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of pricing related reporting and system enhancements.
