Charlottes Best Nanny Agency is assisting a family in Huntersville, NC in finding a Full-Time Live-In Nanny (For live-in they have separate accommodations in their fully furnished 800 Sq Ft. basement for the nanny to live in.) for their newborn daughter. The Nanny would be needed 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm, with additional babysitting needs on occasion, requested by the parents.

The best nanny for this family would have previous infant care experience, be able to care for their daughter properly, and be organized and clean. The family is looking for a nanny with open and honest communication skills and someone who will always have safety as the top priority. Their daughter is quite young and will need a nanny that will be able to keep her on schedule, feed her, change her, and work with her to help her learn and grow as the years go by. The best nanny for this family would be able to meet and exceed the needs of the child daily and foster a fun learning and growing environment. The nanny for this family must follow all CDC and government guidelines pertaining to Covid-19 and be cautious as to avoid exposing themselves and the family to Covid-19.Nanny Responsibilities Include:

  • Meeting daily scheduling needs of the child

  • Dress child appropriately for the day

  • Bathing the child as needed

  • Changing diapers and helping with potty training down the line

  • Engaging with the child on an age appropriate level

  • Playing with the child both inside and outside the home

  • Taking the child on pre-approved age appropriate outings and adventures around town (Story Time, Park, Library, Music Time, and more)

  • Planning and scheduling play dates as requested and approved by parents

Household Duties Include:

  • The childs laundry

  • Prepping the childs bottles and food and feeding the children

  • Washing or putting away dishes, etc.

  • Sanitizing bottles, toys, and surfaces

  • Stock diapers and other items

  • Emptying diaper pail as needed


  • Have at least 3 years of professional experience

  • College degree or equivalent experience

  • Have a professional resume
