Private family looking hire a Live-In Nanny in (Key Biscayne) Miami, FL!

The Ideal Candidate: Searching for a candidate who can help raise a 5yr old and 1yr old.  Candidate will be someone kind, and flexible. A bonus would be if you also spoke Spanish. Candidate will actively engage children in play, crafts, stories, provide snacks and meals, etc. This is a live-in role, a private bedroom and bathroom will be provided to the candidate. There are no pets in the home. 

What Works Best for Family: Someone who is flexible when needed, the dad is busy and sometimes has schedule changes due to work. 

Requested Duration: As long as possible

• Childcare: 2 Children, Ages 5 years and 1 years 
• Housekeeping: No Housekeeping Required,
• Cooking: Family Meals ,
• Laundry: No Laundry Required,
• Errands: Weekly Grocery Shopping
• Driving: Preferred, Not Required
• Travel: No Travel Required

Position Requirements

• Work Hours: - M-F, 40 hours a week 8AM-4PM
• Languages:English, Spanish is a bonus
• Experience: 3 Years of Experience
• References: Minimum of 2 References
• Background: Pass stringent background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire
• Personality Traits: Kind, flexible, fun, loving of children. 

Position Compensation

• Salary: $30-$35/hour
• Living Accommodations: Live In or Live Out
• Vacation: 2 weeks PTO
