Integrated Life Choices is seeking Live-In Direct Support Professional (DSP) in the Conroe, Texas area to assist in delivering the best care to 3 people with developmental disabilities, and to help them live independently through every aspect of their daily lives. This job is perfect for a person who is looking to make a difference and supporting others to live a fulfilling life. The DSP will have the opportunity to earn up to $40,000.00 annually. The DSP will have a private, master bedroom and bathroom with utilities and local telephone paid by ILC.

Ability to work independently
A level of integrity that motivates doing the right thing, even when no one is watching
Ability to be flexible and handle change well
Understanding of responsibility for the safety of the people supported, their teammates, and themselves
Drive to encourage people who are working towards goals, understanding that achieving those goals comes in a series of ups and downs, wins and losses, three steps forward and one step back
An understanding of the importance of consistency for the people ILC supports
The schedule includes:
Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM-8:00 AM
Saturday & Sunday from 6:00 AM-Midnight (Clock out during sleep hours)
Employee will have 2 weekends off per month (1 weekend per pay period)
