Description of Duties/Qualifications:
Pilgrim's is seeking a Live Haul Coordinator for our Moorefield, WV Complex. This position is responsible for all clerical work, and reports to the Live Haul Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports using SAP.
Communication between Live Haul Manager, Live Operations Manager, Live Haul Drivers, Catchers, and
Growers in a professional manner.
Record keeping and filing of confidential materials.
Assist with scheduling and coordination of kill schedule daily.
Maintain farmer/grower information and update as needed.
Maintain monthly and annual placement schedules.
Inventory Maintenance including ordering and receiving supplies in SAP.
Creating and Maintaining Live Haul budget.
Payroll reports- Assisting payroll clerk.
Other duties as assigned.
BASIC SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
1-2 years related experience.
Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Experience in SAP preferred.
Must be able to multi task and work in a fast paced environment.
Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must be able to work with little or no supervision and make decisions when necessary.
Must be organized and detail minded.
Must have customer service skills.
Confidentiality a must.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have High School Diploma or GED.
