Live Events, Coordinator

The Live Events Coordinator will administer a broad range of functional responsibilities critical to the Live Events department including cross-departmental operating systems for invoicing, ticketing, and reporting in addition to project management and promotional/creative support across all markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Live Event KPI's while generating ad hoc reports, presentations, and trackers

  • Oversee event information and creative updates in real-time across multiple platforms including social, digital, and internal reporting systems.

  • Manage multiple projects with excellent organization and planning skills - prioritizing needs and meeting deadlines.

  • Assist in the management and internal communication of contract execution; ensuring proper regulations and insurance are in place for Live Events.

  • Support department global touring strategy by securing venue availability and tracking potential event dates.

  • Manage Live Event invoice system assuring timing and accurate audits to event and departmental budgets.

  • Create, monitor and organize shared documents via departmental and company Office 365 OneDrives.

  • Assist with administrative needs for department including daily support for Senior Vice President, Live Events.

  • Manage multiple Outlook inboxes in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Assist with the creation of promotional assets based on individual event needs.

  • Liaise with Executive Administrators to communicate event/ticketing needs, calendar invites, and special projects.

  • Oversee department shipping/receiving processes.

  • Keep current with all WWE programming, storylines, products and talent.

Qualifications:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills with Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite (especially MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Photoshop)

  • Very strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize urgent requests and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent knowledge of digital and social media platforms.

  • Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast paced, high-energy work environment.

  • WWE product knowledge preferred.
