What's in Store for You:

As a Howl-O-Scream Dancer, you'll be part of an electrifying team that brings our Halloween festivities to life. Here's what you'll do:

• Deliver thrilling dance performances that captivate and entertain our guests.

• Be a part of our renowned Howl-O-Scream event.

• Enjoy exclusive employee-only events, including ride nights and special previews.

• Collaborate with our talented production team to enhance the Howl-O-Scream experience at SeaWorld San Diego.

• Create lasting memories and friendships within the SeaWorld Entertainment Community.

Spectacular Roles We Need Filled:

• Main Stage Dancers

• High-energy dance routines

• Collaborative and solo performances

• Roaming Dance Performers

• Interact with guests in high-traffic areas

• Spontaneous dance and performance moments

• Event Hosts with Dance Experience

• Lead guest interactions with scripted and improvised moments

Availability:

Must have flexible availability every week, Thursday through Sunday, throughout the scheduled dates of the event.

What it Takes to Join the Squad:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

• Bring your dynamic, fun, and outgoing personality!

• Previous experience in dance or performance.

• Ability to accept performance feedback and adapt accordingly.

• Capable of working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, maintaining professionalism and high energy.

• Flexible with varying shifts and hours based on park operational schedule, including opening, closing, and after-hour rehearsals.

• Consistently and expertly execute choreography and direction as guided by Event and Show Producers and Entertainment Leadership.

• Able to work in an environment with atmospheric effects (fog, smoke, haze, mist, bubbles, snow, scents, etc.).

• Must be able to positively interact with park guests and team members of all ages, ethnic/cultural backgrounds, and/or languages, and individuals with special needs.

• Strong verbal communication skills are essential.

• Must be able to stand, sit, and/or walk for prolonged periods.

• Engages in physical activities: kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks.

• Ability to perform a variety of dance styles and physical expressions, including sudden and dynamic movements.

• Flexibility in work locations is required to meet business needs and career development opportunities.

• Team player attitude is a must for success as a Howl-O-Scream Dancer.

Compensation:

$17.00 USD per hour
