Job Title: Litigation Secretary
Location: Hybrid 3-4 days onsite in Century City, CA
Salary: Up to $105,000 DOE + Medical/Dental + 401k + PTO + More Corporate Perks!
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive litigation support to a team of 3-4+ attorneys, including case file management, document preparation, and discovery support.
- Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents in both state and federal courts.
- Conduct legal research and assist with document review.
- Schedule and coordinate court appearances, depositions, and meetings.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files, both electronic and hard copy.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Litigation Secretary or similar role.
- Bachelor's Degree in related field highly preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
