Established litigation firm in Baltimore city is looking to hire an experienced Litigation Paralegal/Assistant to support three partners in the areas of civil litigation, personal injury and workers? compensation. This is a demanding desk but the work is steady and substantive. Our client offers medical coverage, paid time off, retirement savings and many other perks to help you meet your financial goals.   • Experience in all phases of litigation

  • Highly effective organizational and prioritization skills to successfully handle heavy workload

  • Thorough investigation and analysis of complex transactional documents


  • Should possess a thorough knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset

  • Civil litigation experience highly desired

  • Workers Compensation experience preferred

  • Deep understanding of personal injury plaintiffs

  • Proven knowledge of filing litigation

  • Attention to detail and accuracy, and discretion

  • Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently

  • Willing and able to own projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
