Litigation Paralegal

Description : Our client is a boutique law firm located in Dallas, TX, specializing in providing high-quality legal services to clients in the areas of professional liability defense, commercial litigation, and transactions. They are looking to add an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team.

They need someone who can jump right in and hit the ground running, so prior LITIGATION paralegal experience is REQUIRED. If you are passionate about providing high-level paralegal support in a collaborative legal environment, they want to hear from you If you have experience in professional liability defense, that would be a plus. In this role, you will assist 2 attorneys with case management, legal research, document preparation, and trial support.

Assist in managing litigation cases from filing to resolution. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, discovery, and correspondence. Organize and manage case files, ensuring all documentation is current and organized.

Provide support with court filings, hearings, and trial preparation. Coordinate with attorneys to ensure case deadlines are met and cases progress efficiently. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree and Paralegal Certificate. 5 years of experience in general litigation.

Experience in professional liability defense is a large plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
