Compile client financial and hardship information from vendors. Update shared calendar to include important filing deadlines and hearings. Notify network attorneys of new litigation cases and provide relevant information/documents.
Confirm attorney coverage for hearings through network attorneys or coverage booking services. Submit responsive pleadings to courthouse for filing before deadlines. Provide case and settlement updates to vendors and clients.
Monitor online case dockets and incoming communications for hearing notices. How Success is Measured: Efficient and accurate data entry.
Keeping up-to-date on email communications and voicemails. Maintaining consistent and effective communications with network attorneys. Drafting accurate documents with information from FileMaker and documents provided with referrals.
Staying up-to-date on all new events relating to active litigation cases. Managing client entry, consultation scheduling, and delivery of documents in a timely manner with respect to court filing deadlines. Assisting with identifying ways to continuously update and refine processes for increased efficiency and quality.
Desired Skills: Ability to multi-task with a high-volume task list Highly Detail Oriented Experience handling a high volume of cases Experience with state litigation, preferably, experience in handling multiple states at one time Experience with creditor/debtor cases is a plus, not required IMPORTANT LEGAL MUMBO-JUMBO We are an equal opportunity employer, meaning that we do not discriminate in favor of or against anyone based on age, race, religion, gender, ethnicity, or any other legally protected class.
