We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Litigation Paralegal. The successful candidate will assist our legal team in all phases of the litigation process, from case inception to resolution. Responsibilities: Conducting legal research and gathering relevant case materials Drafting and filing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs Organizing and maintaining case files and documents Assisting with discovery, including document production and review Coordinating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Assisting with trial preparation and attendance at trial as needed Performing administrative tasks to support attorneys and other team members as required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required Paralegal certificate or equivalent preferred 2 years of experience working as a litigation paralegal Strong understanding of the litigation process and procedures Proficiency in legal research and document management software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Exceptional organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and accuracy Interested in hearing more?
