Litigation Paralegal

Chamblee Ryan, PC is looking for litigation paralegals to add to the team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of defense litigation experience with a main focus on reviewing medical records and drafting summaries for attorney's use.

This position is a remote position. Candidate must be capable of handling this type of work environment. Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Draft and analyze legal documents, including discovery, pleadings and correspondence. Subpoena, summarize and analyze medical, radiology and billing records, and compile information to prepare final medical summaries/expense summaries. Working knowledge of the Texas/Federal Rules of Civil Procedures and Texas Statutes.

Excellent organizational and attention to detail are required. Knowledge of legal terminology and civil procedures recommended.
