Litigation Paralegal

Job Description Job Description Litigation Paralegal Fast paced law firm in downtown Tampa is looking for one EXPERIENCED Paralegal. QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a 4 year bachelor's degree.

Must be an above average typist and be able to transcribe FAST oral dictation under pressure. Must be able to compose pleadings, basic motions and discovery documents. Must be at an expert level in Word and consistently use shortcut keys.

Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint. Experience with Bankruptcy, Creditors Rights, Complex Litigation, CM/ECF, e-filing and or trial/hearing preparation is a plus Must have experience with Outlook calendaring. Must be detail oriented, have a great vocabulary, experienced proofreader, and work well under extreme pressure.

Overtime will be necessary and some Sundays required. Must comprehend professional office etiquette. Must be able to follow directions.
