Litigation Legal Assistant

LHH is working with a great firm in Orlando, and they are seeking a strong PI defense litigation legal assistant to support a female shareholder. This person will ideally have a lot of experience and a strong personality.

Hybrid after the first 90 days. Some responsibilites: 10 years of applicable defense legal assistant experience and a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow; Ability to draft proposed subpoenas; Microsoft Office calendaring and calendar management; Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and meetings with clients, experts, and witnesses; High attention to detail and high level of organization, with a commitment to follow and comply with case deadlines and update checklists and procedures; Prepare folders and notebooks for all events; etc. Salary depends on experience
