Responsibilities of the Litigation Legal Assistant Draft, file, and organize legal documents while accurately maintaining case files and correspondence records. Coordinate attorneys’ schedules to ensure efficient case and appointment management. research to support ongoing cases and assist attorneys with discovery tasks. Handle filing, data entry, and preparation of legal documents with efficiency.

Safeguard sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Qualifications of the Litigation Legal Assistant: Minimum of 1 year in litigation support or personal injury case assistance.

Familiarity with legal terminology, procedures, and document handling. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Exceptional attention to detail and adept at multitasking.
