Job Description:Your role in our mission includes the following responsibilities-

  • Proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end

  • Provide superior customer service to all clients including monthly status reports and weekly reviews of cases

  • Make improvement recommendations to practice managers

  • Manage performance metrics to track accomplishments and client satisfaction through practice quality software

Qualification Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited university

  • Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt

  • 2-6 years of litigation experience

  • 1st chair family law experience

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Oklahoma

  • Ability to quickly learn new technical programs and software

Position Reports To: Store Manager Purpose of Position: Support inventory control and improve sales through proper merchandising Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers' expectations and company's objectives * Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock * Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately * Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory * Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc. * Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals * Remain up to date with industry's best practices * Ensure shelf labels and pricing are in the appropriate place by utilizing the Zebra wireless scanners and Zebra printer to produce labels as needed * Teach and instruct fellow associates how to audit these labels on a once weekly basis Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
