Litigation Attorney

This position demands a seasoned professional with substantial experience in numerous areas of law which a large employer finds itself confronted with on a daily basis. The person who obtains this position MUST be licensed with the Nevada State Bar and have demonstrate experience with a minimum of 15 years as an attorney with substantial experience in the following areas:

Concludes cases by bringing cases to settlement or trial; planning, organizing, and presenting arguments and counter-arguments. Prepares cases for litigation by filing lawsuits; evaluating cases; completing discovery.
