Litigation Attorney (Partner Track)

Join our client's dynamic law firm as a Civil Litigation Attorney As a Civil Litigation Attorney, you'll manage a diverse caseload from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, taking depositions, and attending court appearances. This position is intended to grow within the firm and put the right candidate on track for Partner!

Core Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the management of a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end

• Defending and taking depositions, make court appearances, and drafting client reports

• Preparing motions and conduct record reviews

• Working closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects

• Regularly handle court appearances and depositions

• Communicate with clients and provide status reports

Ideal candidates hold a JD from an accredited law school, possess an active FL Bar License, and have 3-5 years of experience in Defense Litigation, with a preference for completed judicial clerkships.
