The successful candidate will focus on complex litigation cases.

Ideally, you have knowledge of or interest in securities, financial services, complex business law, and/or labor law. Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of issues financial services, securities, employment law and business transactions. Represent the company in the court of law, arbitration panels, mediations, and negotiations.

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents and contracts. Conduct legal research and analysis to provide clear and concise legal advice. Collaborate with other team members to develop case strategies.

Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
