Litigation Attorney - Commercial Real Estate Development

We are a prestigious, privately held real estate development firm based in Los Angeles, seeking an experienced In-House Litigation Attorney with a focus on Commercial Real Estate Development . The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in real estate litigation, transactions, and development projects, working closely with our executive team. Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal support in real estate litigation, development, and transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts. Collaborate with brokers, external law firms, and manage third-party relationships.

Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) and active admission to the California Bar. Real estate litigation experience. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
