This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on substantive and impactful cases, with the chance to lead litigation efforts and appear in court. Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead litigation cases from inception to resolution Conduct legal research and draft legal documents Represent clients in court and during negotiations Collaborate with colleagues on complex litigation matters Provide strategic legal advice to clients Qualifications:
