Litigation Associate Attorney

Dore Rothberg Law, PC (DRL) is looking for a detail-oriented attorney interested in working primarily on creditor-side litigation & collection matters. In particular, this role will advise oil & gas service companies on creditors rights, litigation, collections, and mineral lien disputes.

Education and Experience We're looking for a driven attorney with at least 5 years of experience and 2-3 years of experience on bankruptcy or creditors rights issues.

This is not a role for brand new lawyers. You should know that practical experience and proven proficiency may be even more highly regarded, since that’s how the founder of the firm started out. Top 50% GPA preferred but not required.
