As a Redfin Real Estate Listing Agent, you'll spend your time working with clients, not finding them. We'll handle the prospecting, advertising, and logistics so you can focus on what you love about real estate, while earning a steady income and top-tier benefits.

The Role

  • Work within your desired territory, building relationships with clients while sharing your expertise to help them navigate their home sale

  • Meet all your clients through Redfin or by referralno cold-calling or door-knocking required

  • Receive support from a team of real estate professionals responsible for marketing, open houses, showings, inspections, and the closing process

  • Use our custom-built CMA and presentation tools to access competitive data and win more consults

  • Manage your transactions and client information with our online suite of marketing and data resources

Skills & Experience

  • Real estate license and a history of closing listing transactions (required)

  • Knowledge of your local real estate market

  • Customer-advocate mindset and a commitment to delivering the best client experience possible

  • Experience using technology to communicate with clients and access competitive market data
