As the Senior Systems Engineer you will Deliver projects and internal infra architecture guidance and improvements in a Linux environment. This position is accountable for the design, implementation and support of the Linux based technical infrastructure for lululemon globally. As part of the Technical Infrastructure team, you will influence the design and standards used by the entire company.
You will be supporting infrastructure spanning the globe in a rapidly growing organization. With end-users in North America, Asia, Australia and Europe you are focused on delivering rock-solid systems to support business critical functions.
Bachelors of Computer Science, Information Systems or other related technical degree.
5+ years of connected working experience
Familiar with containers and cloud technologies (Docker, AWS, Azure).
Understanding / configuration / maintenance of VMWare virtualization platform, and VMWare ancillary tools (SRM / DRS / Backup / Migration).
Experience configuring and maintaining core Linux (REHL / CentOS/ Similar) OS functionality in large environments (SELinux, Kernel parameters, network, storage and memory performance impacting configuration items / tuning and experience with common scripting language(s)).
Experience with implementation and maintenance of Redhat Enterprise Linux Management tools (i.e. Satellite 6 & Capsule, Foreman etc.) to support large environments.
Experience with an automation tools (i.e. Puppet, Ansible, Jenkins)
Java container implementation (Tomcat, WebLogic)
Exposure to compliance regimes (SOX, PCI, GDPR)
Linux project delivery experience.
Cloud server management experience (Auto scaling, licensing, patching, cloud formation, terraform tools for deployment and managing Linux environments in cloud. RHEL / CENTOS).
