Linux Developer / Integration Engineer

KBR is seeking a Linux Developer / Integration Engineer to support the Navy's newest network at Annapolis Junction MD. Help build and maintain this global network.

• Provide engineering and integration for data center services.

• Requirements/Qualifications

• Perform Systems Integration Engineering and Implementation services across the enterprise for hardware, software, and applications.

• Coordinate all design and integration activities for IT services to ensure consistency and business focus.

• Analyze the effectiveness and proper functioning of secure and resilient IT infrastructures, environments, applications and data/information resources and capability and make recommendations for improvement.

• Experience in Infrastructure/Datacenter engineering and integration for both physical and virtual infrastructure hosting Linux systems

• Proven experience with Experience with VMware technology suite and Linux

• Must have a current DoD 8570.1-M IAT Level II certification (i.e., Security+ CE)

• Professional-level Linux certifications desired.

• ITIL Foundations certification desired.
