A Line Side Planning Analyst job in Greenville, SC is currently available through Belcan. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and managing logistics planning activities for line side area of automotive assembly. To be considered for this role, you will have a Bachelor"s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain, and two or more years of logistics and line supply experience. Experience with project management is a must. This is a very visible, contract opportunity with a great client.

Line Side Planning Analyst Job duties:

  • Ensures that line side planning fits to entire material flow process inside the plant as well as the assembly processes.

  • Ensures proper implementation of processes and equipment during launch phase till reach of peak volume

  • Develops strategic line side planning concepts and ensures proper planning and implementation.

  • Plans and implements new line side processes based on VPS principles.

  • Ensures that line side processes, layouts and equipment are supporting an overall planning optimum for the entire logistics processes inside the assembly plant from dock door to the line.

  • Responsible for LVP SUMA coordination

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor"s degree, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain or the equivalent of 4 years of related

professional experience.

  • Two or more years of logistics and/or warehouse experience and line supply experience

  • Must have solid SAP experience and warehouse experience.
