Responsibilities

PURPOSE:

Working a 12.5 hour, 4 days on, 4 days off rotating shift (6:30 to 7:00), the process line operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the assigned line in a safe and efficient manner, with high quality and productivity. And to provide support to the line lead.

• Safety: Near-miss and BBS reporting participation

• Meet productivity standards

• Complete required documentation

• Troubleshoot issues with quality or productivity related to the team or the machine

• Adjust machinery as needed

Qualifications

• A high school Diploma or GED equivalent required

• Ability to read a tape measure

• Recent manufacturing experience

• Positive team-oriented attitude and communication skills required

• Ability to multi-task, with little direction while maintaining high attention to detail
