OVERVIEW

Since we are an early-stage company with strong growth prospects, there will be many opportunities for career advancement. Our Maintenance Technicians are tasked with preventative, routine, and break/fix maintenance on the production equipment and overall facilities of our solar panel recycling center.

• Set schedule Monday through Friday with possible overtime

• Production line and facility maintenance in a climate-controlled environment

• On-the-job and continuous training opportunities

• Second shift hours

Responsibilities:

• Assess, troubleshoot, and repair any broken and/or malfunctioning equipment

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion

• Perform routine preventive maintenance

• Emergency on-call servicing

• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and protocols

• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in maintenance or other related fields

• Basic electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills

• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment

• Ability to handle physical workload

• Deadline and detail-oriented

• Able to meet the physical demands of the job
