What You Need to Succeed

  • The Willingness and Ability to Cross-Train and Work in Multiple Positions We believe in the concept of ONE Kitchen, where your training and flexibility will enable you to become an expert in all Heart of House roles

  • Skills to Make the Grade Multi-tasking, following recipes to create delicious dishes

  • Job Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age, any culinary education is a plus!

  • Perform the Physical Demands Remain on your feet for several hours at a time, ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds, withstand high temperature conditions, bend, kneel, and stoop

Other duties may be assigned.<br />  <br /> Oversees fulfillment pack out lines with a crew of temporary employees.<br />  <br /> Evaluates the process to make sure the line is running as efficiently and safely as possible.  <br />  <br /> Examines products in process and finished products to ensure they are free from defects and adhere to the required specifications. <br />  <br /> Constantly looks for ways to improve productivity and the overall assembly process.<br />  <br /> Meets and exceeds all internal and customer deadline with some weekend overtime requirements<br />  <br /> Constantly re-evaluates and shifts resources when necessary to ensure that people and supplies are utilized in the most efficient way. <br />  <br /> Timely completes all required paperwork.<br />  <br /> Ensure that all lines and work areas of responsibility are kept tidy.<br /> <br /> Monday through Friday : 6am-2:30pm with occasional overtime to 5:30pm and some weekends required : $12-$16/hour depending on previous experience and qualifications<br /> <br /> <strong>Physical Demands & Work Environment </strong><br /> The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
