Essential Functions:

• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.

• Consult with the manager on duty to determine the prep list for the day.

• Follow company recipes and procedures when preparing or cooking food.

• Work in a clean, efficient, and organized manner.

• Check kitchen operations to ensure accuracy.

• Maintain high standards of hygiene and appearance.

• Assist with controlling costs and waste.

• Observe good sanitation and safety protocols.

• Take ownership of kitchen equipment.

• Work effectively and professionally with other departments of the restaurant.

• Assist with opening/closing duties and clean-up work as required.

• Perform any other duties requested by management.

1.Must be able to move/transport a weight of 25lbs.

2.Must be able to remain stationary for a period of 8 hours.

3.The associate must be able to communicate effectively.

4.The associate will sometimes work in extreme cold (freezer) and be exposed to high heat (oven/flat-top).
