JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare written daily orders
Ability to organize and delegate work assignments/tasks
Ability to operate kitchen equipment including slicer, steamer, deep fryer, ovens, broiler, grill, mixer, kettle, and griddles
Actively participates with staff to cook, prepare, dish-up and assemble all outlets food
Adheres to control procedure for food costs and quality
Abide by all health codes and hand washing guidelines
Prepares all food items according to standard recipes and menu to ensure consistency
of product to the guest
Ability to read and gather all necessary items for recipe execution
Ability to provide clear direction, instruction and guidance to subordinates
Ability to organize and prioritize work, and meet deadlines
Be able to prepare an order list for recipe preparations
Preparing mise en place items for preparations to coincide with menus
Ability to recite recipes from memory
Any other assigned duties and responsibilities
Employees in this position may be assigned to work in other Food & Beverage positions that require the same type of license.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EXPERIENCE OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Requires a minimum of one-year experience in food preparation and food knowledge
Must complete all required company training
