Line Cook At OCF Coffee House

Are you interested in working as a line cook at our OCF Cafes in Fairmount? *Please keep in mind the questions on this application are designed to get to know you a little but- but they're NOT designed to stress you out or require a crazy amount of your time. Just think of this as erasing the first 10-minutes of our in-person interview.

Essential Functions:

• Accurately and quickly prepares cooked-to-order dishes, following recipes and procedures
• Prepares dishes while paying attention to details (e.g., preferences, dietary restrictions, allergies)
• Restocks recipe components (e.g. slicing tomatoes, cooking quinoa) while simultaneously preparing orders
• Uses proper knife technique to ensure safety and consistency
• Maintains cleanliness of work stations
• Restocks dishware
• Complies with health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Prior experience in a commercial kitchen
