Line Cook

We're seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality food in a timely, efficient, sanitary, and consistent manner.Position Information:

Full-Time Position, 19.00-20.00 hourly rate. Responsibilities: Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Ensure freshness and quality of all station items Prepare various meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using diverse cooking methods Comply with standard portion sizes, quality standards, and kitchen policies Maintain sufficient stock levels for smooth service Assist with food prep during off-peak periods as needed Ensure timely and high-quality food output Follow proper plate presentation and garnish guidelines Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation and properly handle, store, and rotate products Keep reach-in and walk-in coolers clean and organized Conduct oneself professionally and maintain good working relationships Adhere to safety protocols and report unsafe conditions Comply with all policies in the Employee HandbookRequirements: One year of culinary experience preferred Relevant government licenses or certificates Knowledge of food preparation, materials, and equipment Self-starter with ability to work flexibly and as part of a team Excellent communication skills Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Capacity to multitask and work under pressure Professional appearance
