Position Title: Line Attendant

• Cheese Manufacturing Wage: $18.50 - $22.50/hour (Based on Shift Premiums) Shift / Hours: 1st Shift: Monday

• Friday; 7:00am

• 3:15pm 2nd Shift: Monday

• Friday; 3:00pm

• 11:00pm 3rd Shift: Sunday

• Thursday; 11:00pm

• Cheese Manufacturing Responsibilities: - Remove raw materials from packaging, feed into machinery at correct quantity per specifications

• Inspect cheese for mold or foreign substances; segregate and clean cheese as needed

• Set up, maintain, and perform production changeovers, sanitation, and assembly as required

• Perform in-process quality checks on the production line and accurately complete required paperwork

• Operate packaging and processing equipment including manual and electric pallet jacks

• Inspect, box, and palletize packaged product, scan with data collection device for correct processing

• Keep supplies and ingredients for the production line stocked Requirements For Line Attendant

• Cheese Manufacturing: - High School Diploma or general education (GED) and 3-6 months of prior relevant manufacturing experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience

• Able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs

• 50% of the shift

• Able to stand

• 100% of the shift

• Able to work in a fast-paced and repetitive environment

• Able to work independently and with others

• Able to read, write, speak and understand English
