We are looking for a Light Construction HVAC Project Manager, who is looking for an exciting new career with an industry leader thats been in the business since 1929.

The HVAC Project Manager will work with the Engineering department to develop coordinated shop drawings for the field team to work from; coordinate manpower daily schedules; and ensure proper timelines and requirements are met for all projects. The HVAC Project Manager will also visit job sites, as necessary, to ensure quality and accuracy of install; communicates often and effectively with all project managers, project teams, administrative assistants, engineering, and other departments; assist in resolving employee issues; and participation in pre-construction meetings.

WHAT YOULL NEED FOR THE JOB:

• Prepares, reviews, distributes, and tracks status of submittals for completing the buy-out process.

• Conducts/attends weekly job-site visits and job meetings.

• Assists in subcontract (GC/Subs) execution as required.

• Maintains material quote request, review, and selection process.

• Compile sand distribute closeout documentation with accurate As-builts.

• Keeps accurate logs for RFIs and CORs pertaining to the assigned projects.

• Keeps up to date drawings distributed to the field and office for all projects.

• Responsible for scheduling large project events (crane lifts, factory start-ups, owner trainings, etc.).

• Communicates service opportunities to commercial service department.

• Promotes safety and company core values.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:

• 5-10 years of HVAC experience.

• Project management experience. (preferred)

• Strong organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.

• Proactive attitude.

• Detail oriented.

• Highly dependable and trustworthy.

• Must perform work in a safe manner.
