Responsibilities:

• Performing tasks that utilize a lift truck including properly transporting stackable bins/pallets/raw materials, etc. with a squeeze lift or forklift.

• Performing pre-operational daily safety inspection/checklist.

• Expected to follow all safety procedures for the job duties assigned.

• Responsible for loading/unloading elevated stacks and lifting/moving objects/product.

• Responsible for maintaining all housekeeping items and follow all housekeeping procedures associated with the position.

• Responsible for placing recycle materials in correct trailers.

• Ability to load and unload trucks as scheduled or as directed by the Team Leader.

• Responsible for transporting correct stock item and number of units from inventory for shipment.

• Responsible for locating product in inventory.

Education/Knowledge/Experience:

• Lift truck experience preferred.

• Experience in a distribution/manufacturing environment helpful, but not required.

• AS400 experience preferred.

• Good analytical and organizational skills.

• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.

• Ability to be an effective team member.

• Ability to communicate effectively.

• Able to work a flexible schedule, if needed.

• Able to sit, stand, reach, bend and twist without restrictions.

• Must be able to lift and move 50 lbs. to replace film on wrapper.

• Must have ability to mount & dismount lift truck repeatedly.
