Job Summary:

You are the copilot, concierge and safety engineer of a multi-million dollar machine. You are responsible for the safe, friendly and efficient travel of our guests and fellow teammates as they navigate premier terrain. Make our guests feel welcomed by joining our team as a Lift Operator!

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

  • Monitor the operation of the lift continually and notify the appropriate personnel of any problems or unusual conditions

  • Maintain a safe work area, i.e., ramp heights, tools stored, mazes set up etc.

  • Adhere to all ski/ride policies, i.e., Responsibility Code, designated trails, skiing/riding on and off the clock etc.

  • Pleasantly greet, make eye contact, listen to and respond appropriately to every guests needs and or questions, in person, outside of the lift building

  • Actively and efficiently perform maze control

  • Abides by operating procedures, i.e., opening procedures, downloading procedures, last chair protocol, etc.

  • Follow and perform all company and departmental policies and procedures i.e., punctuality, attendance, dress and grooming standards, etc.

  • Ensure recycled materials are disposed of properly

  • Help to preserve our natural environment

  • Help guests and fellow teammates enjoy their time on the mountain

  • Remember that fun is our product- create fun, enjoy your work and share the contagious spirit

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to stand outside in inclement weather for long periods of time

  • May lift up to 100 lbs., assistance is available for heavy lifting.

  • Must be able to make quick decisions regarding safety.

  • Must be able to maintain control and rational demeanor in emotionally charged situations involving guests and/or employees.

  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed

Reach Your Peak.         This position requires accurate purchase order creation, receiving and invoice reconciliation through computer programs Coupa and OnBase. Maintain a productive positive professional association with 9+ outlet general & assistant managers, chefs, corporate accounts payable, procurement, maintenance and vendors (including delivery drivers). Responsibilities include but are not limited to: *     This position will create, receive and maintain accurate purchase orders for all restaurant needs to include food, beverages, services and supplies. *     Troubleshoot and manage monthly accruals, weekly open invoices and other purchasing related reporting. *     Work with Accounts Payable and multiple outside vendors to reconcile statements, acquire quotes, check payments, etc. *     Assist General Managers with monthly financial reviews, and act as a resource. *     Work with Corporate Procurement and vendors to obtain best pricing, accurate invoicing and purchasing compliance *     Assist in Coupa Training for New Managers *     Enter JE's and TFORMS on a monthly basis. *     Act as the go to person for GMs to source equipment, capital needs and products in collaboration with the Executive Chef *     Acts as a liaison between USFoods and location chefs for items such as order accuracy, relining, outages, subs etc. Time management skills; deadline-oriented. *     Ability to monitor and review own work for accuracy and thoroughness. *     Ability to multi-task and to plan and prioritize assignments. *     Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing and verbally. *     Ability to read, interpret, and analyze information.   Minimum Requirements: *     High School Diploma/GED - required, Bachelors Degree - preferred *     Previous office experience - required *     Previous purchasing related experience - preferred *     MS Office (Excel & Outlook primarily) - required *     Experience with Coupa and OnBase experience - preferred   *     Fluent English, written and spoken - required       Position Justification: backfill position.
