EMPLOYEE OWNER POSITION PURPOSE: The Lifestyle Coordinator is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience while providing support to both internal and external clients, including, but not limited to: being the go-to person for all private and community events and lifestyle services. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Promote a positive environment that fosters fairness, and a fun & inclusive atmosphere Create a monthly community newsletter and calendar of events. Plan and lead activities or classes weekly. Coordinate and help sponsor resident-led activities or weekly.

Plan and lead a minimum of 1 community exclusive event/month. Coordinate and schedule all clubhouse and room reservations. Manage HOA event budgets Supervise events and assist homeowners with questions.

Coordinate and file association facility reservations. Schedule the use of amenities for association member and community organizations. Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowner questions regarding lifestyle programming, events, and fitness classes.

Be familiar with and assist residents with use of the gym equipment. Process group and club applications. Obtain member input and generate and promote interest in and create resident-run activities, classes, programs, committees, clubs, groups to stimulate participation.

Create graphics and content for community eBlasts, as well as create flyers, signs, and other promotional materials for community activities and events. Input event data into MindBody and CSI Manage the community contact list for Lifestyle eBlasts. Use the point-of-sale system to charge residents for fitness classes and community events.

Manage clubhouse, fitness center and pool access controls. Manage cleanliness and overall appearance of clubhouse and grounds. Set up and manage resident gate access remotes.

Respond to all emails and phone calls within a timely manner. Set up tables, chairs, and other equipment as needed for events. Other duties and special projects as assigned QUALIFICATIONS:

Event Planning or Sales Experience Current Food Handler's Certification (i.e. through SNHD) Fitness background preferred, but not required Familiarity with country club/hotel/high-end operations Conflict resolution skills Excellent written and verbal communication Exceptional customer service, organizational and planning skills. Must be a team player who is committed to delivering high-level customer service Adaptable and dependable with a solid attendance record Professional and respectful demeanor with all staff and guests at all times Ability to multi-task effectively with the ability to prioritize work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Must have and maintain a valid drivers license, vehicle insurance, and driving record in compliance with Company policy ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Use standard office equipment, including: computer, phone, copier/scanner, etc. Be stationary or in motion for periods of time Relocate up to (40) pounds SUPERVISES OTHERS? IF SO, LIST:
