This is an "as needed" position responsible for monitoring the safety and wellbeing of guest as they use the pools at Rock Eagle.
Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in Position
Certified lifeguard and first aide training through American Red Cross- not required, will provide training.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies
CPR Certified or ability to obtain
Physical Demands
Complete 500 yard continuous swim
Tread water for 2 minutes using only legs
Retrieve ten pound life-guard brick from 7 foot depth and swim it back to pool's edge
Retrieve 3 rings from 4-7 foot depth in one breath
