The salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$110,000.00 annually. This position is also eligible for a bonus of 10%. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package of medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, 401K with company match, employee purchase program (where licensed), and paid time off. If you are hired at Winebow, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer.

A Lifecycle Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in guiding customers through their journey with a brand. This Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager is responsible for all outbound B2B digital activities and initiatives at Winebow. As a member of the Digital Marketing team the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager will work across company teams and vendors to launch outbound campaigns and initiatives on time and on budget. This person is an entrepreneur at heart who can manage complex, fast-moving projects with ease. This person will lay the foundation and strategy for Go To Market initiatives at Winebow. Their day will fluctuate between strategic planning meetings and tactical executions tasks. They must have a creative eye for all things copy, visuals, and imagery - but also analytically minded and feel confident making data-driven decisions. This person will turn concepts into full-fledged digital activations, using a wide range of storytelling mediums to drive results while collaborating across teams to produce best-in-class work.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Lifecycle Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement lifecycle marketing campaigns. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

  • Email: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including promotional campaigns, newsletters, and triggered messages.

  • Multi-Channel Tactics: Lead initiatives across email marketing and ecommerce channels. The goal is to promote engagement, retention, and loyalty. This includes content marketing campaigns, welcome/onboarding programs, re-engagement efforts, and promotional programs.

  • AB Testing and Analysis: Conduct A/B testing on campaign performance and communicate results effectively. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies.

  • Asset Creation: Oversee creative production of all GTM assets, including copywriting, design, and image selection

  • Partner Programs: Manage Marketing relationships with key suppliers. Develop and deliver campaign performance reports.

  • Business Acumen: Create, manage and deliver stakeholder reviews for program strategies and creative executions

  • Merchandising: Development of user-friendly ecommerce landing pages optimized to drive lead generation and return visits

  • Budget: Manage projects to a tight budget in line. Own accruals and budget reporting.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Normal office environment. Occasional travel by auto, rail and/or airplane. Occasional overnight

stays.

EQUIPMENT/MACHINERY USED

Office equipment including telephone, fax machine, copier, computer, calculator, and printer.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Sitting, bending, reaching, manual dexterity, visual acuity, light traveling to other offices.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Business

  • 5+ years of experience developing and overseeing lifecycle marketing strategies

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred)

  • Ability to work independently and within a team structure

  • Experience analyzing multiple data sources to tell a compelling, market driven story

  • Go-getter with the mindset to take ownership and drive results

  • Expert written and verbal communication skills

  • Collaborative team member with relentless curiosity for the unknown and a passion and commitment for world class marketing

  • Strong analytic skills. Ability to compile and analyze data and KPIs and make sound decisions regarding the direction forward
