Job Summary

Pachyderm is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own conversion from the top of the funnel to the bottom and at every touchpoint in between. You'll work cross functionally across both sales and marketing to build and launch new programs that improve and automate conversion and qualification. You are an expert in all things conversion, driven by performance, with natural motivation to test, learn, and improve. You will become an expert on what motivates our prospects, customers, and competitors in order to deliver a valuable and pleasurable prospect experience. You will track success with progress against measurable business objectives, as well as positive customer outcomes.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Define the Customer Journey Strategy that balances the maximization of business value (to us) and experience (to our future customers)

  • Develop and build the touchpoints within our customer journey that deliver on your strategy

  • Develop a partnership with Sales and Product Marketing to ensure a message alignment across the funnel

  • Create a measurement strategy to communicate the progress you'll make against your strategy

Success Metrics

This is a starting point on measuring the success of this role. Ideal candidates will have experience measuring success in Lifecycle Marketing and evangelizing the role.

  • Experience selling to Engineers, Data Scientists, or other Technical Buyers a strong plus

We're looking for a dedicated team player who is driven towards innovating, testing and optimizing results. What will you do? Brief in new asset requests to the Creative Services team. Project manage CRM campaigns from ideation through to execution. Pull and compile reporting accurately for consumer engagement campaigns. QA and document consumer flows across web, email, and app. Track tickets and work with internal/external partners to resolve any systems issues. Leverage 3rd party analysis tools to track industry benchmarks, and delivery rates. Engage with Analytics and Consumer Research teams to derive further insights. Work with marketing/product managers to share campaign results and apply learnings. Cross functional collaboration for data, troubleshooting and reporting sync. Create presentation decks that document and summarize key test results. Track team test ideas and hypotheses; assist with prioritization and scheduling. What will you bring? Action-oriented and able to act intuitively, while following established processes. Highly analytical; able to summarize and communicate test ideas and results. Fast learner and self-starter with strong time management skills. Strong computer skills; proficient with spreadsheets and creating slide decks. Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in marketing/business administration or analytics. 2-5 years relevant experience. Detail-oriented and concise Innately curious and data-driven.
