Position Overview:
We're looking for an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build and curate impactful marketing programs across the user lifecycle. As an early member of HeyGen's growth team, you'll build the foundation for how we demonstrate customer value at every stage of their journey, from activation to engagement to monetization to retention. The ideal candidate is a self-starter excited to build a multi-channel marketing program from 0 to 1, is both creative and analytical, and enjoys being able to directly measure impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Curate and own the lifecycle marketing strategy for the entire customer journey
Play a key role in driving user activation, engagement, monetization, and retention
Continuously improve lifecycle programs by developing and testing hypotheses
Champion learnings across the company to influence broader marketing and product efforts
Leverage data to segment audiences and create an effective multi-channel program balancing business needs with user experience
Partner with product marketing to create campaigns for new feature and product launches
Establish, monitor, and achieve key performance goals
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of work experience in marketing, with 3+ directly as a lifecycle marketing manager
Familiarity with self-serve business models and PLG
Previous experience at an early or growth-stage B2B SaaS company
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (strong preference for familiarity with Iterable) and analytics tools
Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to work with product managers, data scientists, product marketers, and executives
A self-starter who proactively chases new ideas and opportunities, loves to build, and moves with urgency

Salary Range:
$170,000 - $190,000 annually
