Job Profile Summary:
As the Lifecycle Engagement Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day administration of the Lifecycle Engagement/Referral Platform ensuring its seamless operation and fostering engagement among stakeholders. This multifaceted role involves content creation, collaboration with various teams and stakeholders, and comprehensive reporting to optimize platform performance.
Location: This position requires you to be located in the Salt Lake City, UT area with the requirement to be in office 1-2 days per week.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Day-to-day management of Lifecycle Engagement/Referral Platform.
Content creation for Owl's Nest, including ideation, planning, and fielding requests from stakeholders.
Administrative approvals for activity completion within.
Collaborate with stakeholders for the new platform, including College Management, RAMs, student teams, Career services, and many other stakeholders.
Collaboration with the social media team to create engagement with WGU social pages through.
Collaborate with Alumni stakeholders, to help create awareness for alumni resources, and engagement through.
Creation of prospective student journey through the.
Help with reporting on campaigns and platform engagement.
Planning and implementation of booth for Referral program at live commencements.
Pulling and creating reports for referrals and email campaigns for the referral program.
Support the WGU store platform, inbox, and responsibilities.
Creation of referral campaigns.
Back-end management for referral program, ensuring it runs smoothly and helping fix any bugs, or issues that arise.
Manage Email inbox for customer relations for the referral program.
Other duties as assigned.

The salary range for this position takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
At WGU, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their position, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:
Pay Range: $52,800.00 - $79,100.00
