Where the team fits in
The Lifecycle Campaign Specialist sits within the Consumer Lifecycle & Engagement team, which is part of Audience & Marketing.
The purpose of the team is to drive audience awareness, engagement and conversion leveraging our marketing technology to deliver personalised omni-channel programs that support our audiences at all stages of their property journey.
We help the organisation to achieve its purpose of 'changing the way the world experiences property' by engaging and retaining our audiences and helping them along their property journey. This role focuses on engaging users that visit realestate.com.au and realcommercial.com.au, converting them to become members and engaging them with personalised content that helps them take action.
What the role is all about
The Lifecycle Campaign Specialist supports REA's success in the following ways:
Plan and deliver a busy calendar of cross-channel consumer marketing campaigns across Email, Push, In-app message and Web channels within Braze (our omni-channel platform).
Deliver continually personalised, relevant and optimised messaging and communications.
Manage the mix of product promotions with lifecycle communications to balance consumer relevancy with maximising ROI for REA.
Develop and execute a robust optimisation testing program with continual testing and improvements across all Braze campaigns with the goal of providing incremental uplift in engagement and conversion.
Manage audience targeting, monitoring volume, campaign proofing, testing and launching within Braze.
Manage the communication schedule based on contact rules to maximise engagement and ROI.
Analyse the performance of campaigns in all channels and share learnings and actionable insights with the team and broader REA group.
Be a key contact for stakeholders across REA to advance personalisation opportunities and relevancy in Braze campaigns by maximising use of the platform capabilities.
Maintain a strong knowledge of new industry developments, lifecycle marketing and personalisation best practice, and technical expertise.
Who we're looking for
Someone technically savvy and strong at all aspects of campaign creation and management - experience in an omni-channel or email platform e.g. Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign
Ability to identify new opportunities, quantify estimated business and consumer impact, and shape ideas into actionable campaign plans
Ability to manage the design and execution of end-to-end lifecycle marketing campaigns and journeys
Strong attention to detail and passion for creating great user experiences
Data and results led, experienced in creating testing strategies to increase and measure communication performance
Creative and experimentation mindset - familiar and experienced in optimisation testing processes, methodology and best practice
Perseverance in solving problems and would happily troubleshoot HTML problems or any data issues
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships, and has strong communication skills
Has a desire and willingness to help others
Work productively in a fast paced and agile environment - #gsd (urban dictionary will help on this one!)
