Life Time is currently seeking a qualified LifeCafe Assistant Manager to provide exceptional guest service, ensuring our members have an extraordinary health and fitness experience.

As the LifeCafe Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Manager in the overall operations and financial budgetary responsibilities of the Cafe business.


  • Assist Manager in managing front of the house and back of the house operations

  • LifeCafe Manager on duty when the Manager is not on site

  • Provide fresh and nutritional food to members with a level of service that results in making the LifeCafe a regular part of the club visits

  • Uphold the LifeCafe commitment which promises a menu that is good for you and delicious with service that is friendly and fast

  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and security awareness standards are emphasized, practiced, and inspected

  • Train and mentor team members to promote career growth and success

  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, energetic personality, and strong work ethic


  • 1-2 years Supervisor or Manager experience in a restaurant or retail environment in a high volume atmosphere

  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities

  • Solid work ethic with strong decision making skills

  • Self-starter who takes initiative with minimal direction and supervision

  • Comfortable working a flexible rotating schedule

  • Basic computer, math, and communication skills required

This individual will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a small office of diverse people and programs. This candidate must have the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Expert level in written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability and attention to detail are equally important. This person will be supporting the Alpharetta office as well as the Head of North America sales. Job Responsibilities: * Provide executive support for the Head of North America Sales: managing schedules, expenses, booking travel, meeting coordination, and special projects. * Responsible for ordering office and vending supplies * Provide general office management * Acts as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands * Manage room schedules, training registrations, and catering * Improve employee and client retention rates through active communication and problem-solving efforts * Will be the "face of the Barracuda Alpharetta office", greeting out of town visitors, managing travel etc. * Coordinate facilities (i.e. maintenance, vending, repairs, mail, literature) Required Skills or Knowledge: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience * 3+ years of experience in an administrative assistant or office manager position * Ability to communicate clearly and concisely by email, phone, and in person with a high degree of professionalism * Excellent calendar and time management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings * Experience assisting management with the creation of PowerPoint presentations * Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook * Experience scheduling international travel arrangements for management * Excellent customer service * Detail oriented * Must be punctual, dependable and responsible Barracuda Networks Alpharetta GA
