Life Time is currently seeking a qualified LifeCafe Assistant Manager to provide exceptional guest service, ensuring our members have an extraordinary health and fitness experience.
As the LifeCafe Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Manager in the overall operations and financial budgetary responsibilities of the Cafe business.
Assist Manager in managing front of the house and back of the house operations
LifeCafe Manager on duty when the Manager is not on site
Provide fresh and nutritional food to members with a level of service that results in making the LifeCafe a regular part of the club visits
Uphold the LifeCafe commitment which promises a menu that is good for you and delicious with service that is friendly and fast
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and security awareness standards are emphasized, practiced, and inspected
Train and mentor team members to promote career growth and success
Demonstrate a positive attitude, energetic personality, and strong work ethic
1-2 years Supervisor or Manager experience in a restaurant or retail environment in a high volume atmosphere
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
Solid work ethic with strong decision making skills
Self-starter who takes initiative with minimal direction and supervision
Comfortable working a flexible rotating schedule
Basic computer, math, and communication skills required
